Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Returns
1.1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from www.coltrade.us. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

2. Refunds
2.1. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund.
2.2. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 days. Please note that the timing of the refund posting to your account may vary based on your financial institution.
